Change of mind within 14 days of purchase. You can return the product for a refund if all packaging has been unopened. This includes the film on the outside of the box. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please email hellomelissaellen@gmail.com to process your return.

Faulty Packaging
There are no returns unless the item is physically faulty once arrived after delivery. If this is the case, please email hellomelissaellen@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will assess the situation.
